Blue Ribbon Warranty
Our Blue Ribbon Warranty provides a full two-year, 2,000 mile
warranty on all Farm Pro and Trak King equipment to ensure
complete reliability for your tractor purchase.
Terms & Conditions
MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN COVERAGE: We agree to repair, replace or
reimburse for reasonable cost to repair or replace any mechanical,
electrical or hydraulic part, component, or assembly of your tractor
if required due to a mechanical breakdown, subject only to the
exclusions stated below. Mechanical Breakdown shall be defined as
"the sudden failure of a defective part, component or assembly",
or "faulty workmanship on a part, component or assembly as supplied
by Farm-Pro/Trak-King", and will not include the gradual reduction
in operating performance due to wear and tear. "Reasonable cost"
is defined as the charges for the repair or replacement of covered
parts at prevailing retail labor rates, using Farm-Pro/Trak-King
parts or Farm-Pro/Trak-King approved parts.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: This Limited Warranty coverage is for parts &
labor only. The total cost for all repairs over the full term of
this Limited Warranty is limited to 50% of the Covered Tractor Purchase
Price. "Purchase Price" shall be defined as the price paid for the
tractor, excluding any trade-in, down payment, attachments, or sales tax.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES: In order to keep this Limited
Warranty in force, the tractor must be serviced as recommended by Farm Pro/Trak King.
A written record of service must be maintained, along with receipts for maintenance
materials purchased. In the event of a claim involving serviceable parts and,
if requested, a copy of the service record and pertinent receipts must be furnished.
IN THE EVENT OF A MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN, CUSTOMER MUST:
1. Use all reasonable means to protect the tractor from further damage.
2. Return the equipment to Affordable Tractors of New Hampshire, or call (800) 663-4505 for assistance.
3. Provide service record and receipts for required maintenance, if requested.
4. If requested by Limited Warranty Administrator, allow inspection of damaged parts and/or tractor.
COVERAGE SHALL NOT APPLY:
1. To any components or assemblies not referenced above.
2. For repair or replacement of any part or component if a Mechanical Breakdown has not occurred.
3. For any breakdown caused by collision, fire, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hail, water, flood, or any other Act of God.
4. For liability for damage to property, or injury to or death of any person arising out of the operation, maintenance or use of covered equipment.
5. For any failures due to a lack of lubricants and/or coolants.
6. For loss of use, time, inconvenience, or any other consequential or resultant loss of any kind.
7. For any breakdown due to overloading, misuse, abuse, negligence, vibration or alteration of the covered equipment.
8. For any breakdown due to contamination; or, damage resulting from rust, corrosion, freezing or overheating.
9. For the cost of parts and/or labor necessary to maintain the equipment as described in the Operator's Manual, including, but
not limited to, engine tune-ups, adjustments, repair or replacement or parts for the sole
purpose of increasing operating performance, filters, spark plugs, spark plug wires, glow plugs, wheel brake parts or
linings, dry clutch disks, belts, chain, plastic/rubber/metal lines/hoses, wheels or tires, wheel covers, wheel posts or lug
nuts, frame, batteries, battery cables, thermostats, or freeze plugs.
10. For the repair or replacement of any structural failure, or any part that engages the ground.
11. For the cost of sales tax, freight, equipment transportation or storage, lubricants, environmental charges, solvents, sealants, or any normal shop supplies.
For any breakdown occurring while the hour meter is inoperative, or if the hour
meter has been tampered with.
